DC Zombie Crawl 2013

Memorial Day weekend approaches and people are trying to figure out what their plans will be. Well, I have made the definite plans of going to the DC Zombie Crawl.

Benefiting the Stillbrave Childhood Cancer Foundation, this organization is taking advantage of the popularity of the zombie culture to help out children with cancer.

The Mission of Stillbrave:
Stillbrave’s mission is to provide non-medical, supportive care to children with cancer, and their families in the Washington, DC Metro area.

A great idea, a fantastic cause. What zombie junkie wouldn’t go to an event like this? Bar crawl DC with a bunch of other zombie fans. Get hammered dressed like a zombie. Help out with a great cause. There is no losing here, this is ALL WIN!!!

It’s not too late to sign up. If you’re in the area and have no plans, come on out and join the rest of the horde!

  1. What a great idea. Never heard of it, but now that I know I wonder if something like this is in my neighborhood. Along with the zombie runs and campus games, this would make for a great weekend for any zombie fan. Sounds amazing for a long weekend as well!
