i’ve always gotten a huge brash of shit when it came to my sailors mouth. usually at work i get harassed about it most. well NO MORE! finally they have studies that prove that “Swearing at work ‘boosts team spirit, morale’“!
in Yahoo News, they have a story on how swearing at work actually helps.
Primary differences between The Sh*! Kit and the Grumpy Girl Auto Bird Turd Emergency Kit: –The Sh*! Kit includes a bottle of quick detailer to further aid in the cleaning process and to minimize scratching.
–The Sh*! Kit replaces the mini microfiber sponge with a second small (approx 7.5″ x 7.5″) microfiber towel.
now men too can feel masculine again and clean bird shit free of embarassment.
if i had the dough or the patience, i’d get one of these. by far one of the niftiest pieces of furniture i’ve seen to date, these interactive coffee tables are a must have in the modern home.
becausewecan.org has created a coffee table with lights that respond to your movements. imagine a flat surface with hundreds of LEDs that respond to motion above the table. LEDs are only activated when they see motion, otherwise the LEDs just calm down to a small twinkling status.
they offer two types that i’ve discovered – the wave & the ripple.
there’s this email floating around that talks about a stealin squab. thought it was funny enough worth posting.
So, this bird walks into a store…………….. A seagull in Scotland has developed the habit of stealing chips from a neighborhood shop. The seagull waits until the shopkeeper isn’t looking, and then walks into the store and grabs a sna ck-size bag of cheese Doritos. Once outside, the bag gets ripped open and shared by other birds. The seagull’s shoplifting started early this month when he first swooped into the store in Aberdeen, Scotland, and helped himself to a bag of chips. Since then, he’s become a regular. He always takes the same type of chips. Customers have begun paying for the seagull’s stolen bags of chips because they think it’s so funny.
this was a result of bracketing. 4 images manually merged in PS CS3. i tried the automated HDR process in PS but wasn’t too jazzed about the final result. the long way (layer masks) seems to have the best results.
what it’s all about
taking pictures and doing photography stuff.
and surfing the interwebs for things that i think are cool or make me laugh.
