a while back i found what i thought was a unique idea for toast. thats right, the skull and cross bone TOASTER!
well here’s another idea that isn’t a toaster, but gives just as cool effects. its the HOLY TOASTER stamper thingie! its a bread stamper/embosser that you brand before toasting. way cool…
havent written in a while so i decided to look into the little brown monster that makes me laugh. see? isn’t he funny looking?
i find out that this little monster is a japanese fella that hangs out in a cave with some of his peeps. Wikipedia describes his name as a formal greeting meaning something along the lines of, “Well, hello there!”, or “Hello, Domo!”. Also from Wikipedia: Domo-kun’s favorite food is beef with potatoes in soup and he has a strong dislike for apples, due to an unexplained mystery in his DNA. Domo-kun is known to pass gas repeatedly when nervous or in a bad mood. [1]
Domo-kun cannot close his mouth, enjoys playing guitar and is fond of the band Guitar Wolf. He dreams of flying.
so thats what this little brown monster is all about. he has his own tv show over seas and has become victim of internet photoshop jobs. thank goodness. otherwise we’d all be domo-less.
i also have discovered that i’m not the only one who is fascinated by domo. ipod users apparently dig the little guy too. check this domo-ipod case tutorial from MAKE.
so anyways, in case anyone wanted to know who the little brown dude is – u now have the general scoop.
