design ur own deck

way cool – i’ve always wanted to know what some of my stuff might look like on a skateboard.  well i’ve found a site [thanks to flyguy design] that allows you to do exactly that.

boardpusher.com offers the customizing ability to design a board that fits YOU.  the site lets you upload images of your choice, edit with text (with scores of different fonts), and allows you to preview your final masterpiece.

i decided to play with it here at work, but i dont have any good stuff worth trying out so i just kinda farted around with the generic options it does offer.  still very cool…

rad photoshop brushes and backgrounds

flytraptag.jpg

came across some photoshop brushes and backgrounds that just rock.

created by flyguy designs, the final products i’m seeing from their work is awesome.

i can’t wait to check it out when i get home.  i’ll have to draft up some examples, but i think it’s going to be a lot of fun experimenting…

not my work, but an example of what the brushes have designed with some creativity…

cleaning made fun? rc car cleaner…

rccar.jpg

i don’t know how i keep stumbling among these bizarre and ultimately lazy like ideas, but i found another one.

required would be:

(1) RC car

(1) remote control

(1) dust mop

(1) person willing to spend the time to put the crap together

Turn an RC car into a floor sweeper

custom stamps?

stamp.jpg

thats right.  take a picture or an image and incorporate it into your own personal stamp.  a pic of the kids, the dog, or whatever you want can be printed legitimately by the USPS.

you get 20 stamps per sheet starting at $17.99 (.41 cent stamps) and pricing discounted if you buy in bulk.  you can upload whatever image you want and edit text and fonts with its huge array of customizing options.

go to Zazzle and they also have a bunch of other stuff you can personalize too – sorta like cafe press but cooler….
